Chase New Homes, Lea Wharf development shared first prize with the recently opened BEAM theatre. Committee members joining Lisa Hopkins - Chase New Homes Marketing Manager at Lea Wharf with staff Alex Henton - Project Manage, Matt Lofting - Head of Sales and Joe Goldman - Technical Manager to unveil their plaque already on the wall outside the concierge office on 11th February 2025.

Later that day, new manager for BEAM theatre Steve Sargent met up with Jan Goodeve Chair of HCS to receive the award with Councillor Ben Crystall and choose a place for their blue plaque with Ciaran MacCullagh - EHDC Conservation Officer, Laura Lightfoot - BEAM and Abbey Conroy also present. The exact location for the plaque is yet to be chosen. Civic Society members attending were Jan Goodeve - Chair, Malcom Ramsay - Event organiser, Treasurer - Geoffrey Rice and website manager - Mike Howarth.
